Kayla is getting more and more toothless. Posted by Hello

This is an updated view of the garage. They finished the roof, started the siding, and framed in the windows and doors. Notice the guy on the top of the roof? He's scared! Posted by Hello

They just finished the roof today. Posted by Hello

I couldn't resist putting this picture of Jenna on! Posted by Hello

The next pics are from Ian's birthday party. He asked for a Spider man theme. Posted by Hello

I don't know about the doo (sp?) rag wearing kid looking at the Bob the Builder video. Posted by Hello

Ian trying to shoot his web. The only real success he had was in producing drool. Posted by Hello

He makes a very cute Batman doesn't he? He has the habit of making capes out of everything in the house, so we figured this might make a good gift. Well, this and a metal John Deere model 60 tractor. Posted by Hello

The next few pics are of the kids at the neighbors birthday party a couple Saturdays ago. The theme was western...just in case you didn't get that. You'll notice all of the kids are in the act of shooting or reloading... I couldn't be more proud! Sniff. Posted by Hello

Well, she's no Kissin' Kate Barlow, but she had me scared for a few nannoseconds. Posted by Hello

Ian playing the part of the gun slinging cow rustler. I was tempted to strap on my ivory handled revolver too, but I was a fraid of how that would frighten the party goers. Posted by Hello

This is the view of the front of the garage as of a few days ago. Progress is going nicely now. Posted by Hello

This is the view from the backside of the garage. They began roofing today. Posted by Hello

On Wed. they started doing the framing. I love this part! You can kind of see the plan for windows and doors. I know we have been heavy on the garage pictures, but I am a little fixated right now. We are having a birthday party for Ian today, so we will probably have numerous pictures of the kids to put on in a few days.  Posted by Hello

We decided to go with just two garage doors on front. An 18 footer, and a nine footer. Posted by Hello

Wed. and Thurs. the crew made good progress on the garage. In this pictrue they are preparing to put the trusses on.  Posted by Hello

On Fri. they put the trusses on the garage. Here the first one is going up. The garage will not have a flat roof. The stack of things to the right of the guy in red is the pile of small triangular trusses that will go on top of the ones that had to be lifted by the crane. Posted by Hello

Here they are getting toward the end of putting up the large trusses. Posted by Hello

This is the view from Ian's room of the garage with the trusses up. This is the skeleton view of the bonus room upstairs. The measurements are 15 x 32. Posted by Hello
