I know there are a lot of new pics, but we had to fit in the vacation to NY and the latest updates on farm life. Posted by Picasa

Yesterday our sow "Big Red" gave birth to 12 of the most adorable little piglets. This is what I saw when I checked on her at about 1:00 pm. For those of you that are challenged in your anatomical identification skills, that is the foot emerging from Red. Posted by Picasa

A piglet literally seconds old. Posted by Picasa

Is that a piglet or squirrel trying to get a drink? Posted by Picasa

Here some of them ar already starting to suckle. They acted as if they had never eaten before... oh wait... Posted by Picasa

Jenna would not leave the building hardly while Red was having the babies. Here she has one of the minutes old piglets. Posted by Picasa

Kayla holding a piglet. Posted by Picasa

I don't know if this will come through as a pic. or a movie, but when we went to see Aunt Kelly at work, she got called away to an accident... and since she is a flight paramedic she left in a helicopter. The kids thought this was very cool, and so did we. Posted by Picasa

Grandpa and Emma. I don't put many pics of Emma and Trevor on because they are absolutely adorable and I don't want to detract from my own kids. Seriously though we had a great time with Trevor and Emma, and we all got very attached to them. We already miss everyone up there, but we know we are where God wants us, so we will deal with it. Posted by Picasa

Grandpa and two of his girls. Posted by Picasa

We went for ice cream in town, and they had this old rail plow sitting there, seemed like a good photo op., or that is what I was told anyway. Posted by Picasa

A sunset at the farm. Posted by Picasa

Here is the clan, or at least some of it. Kayla took the picture. Posted by Picasa

Grandpa and Grandma have a really pretty stream running through the woods on part of their property. We seem to end up there every year for the scenery and a swim. Posted by Picasa

Ummm. Kayla playing in the stream with some of the falls in the background. Posted by Picasa

Each of the kids claimed an island in the creek as theirs. This is Kayla on her little piece of paradise. Posted by Picasa

Kayla sitting there in the hay because... Posted by Picasa

Is Jenna sitting or standing? Posted by Picasa

Jenna grazing on the hay. Posted by Picasa

After the gravel pit we went to the town park for a swim( you will learn about the gravel pit shortly) Who is that Babe in the background? Some of you may find other humor in the picture. Posted by Picasa

More fun swimming at the park. Really we went there to remove sand from places. Posted by Picasa

Jenna and her cousin Trevor would spend all day on the tractor if they could. Posted by Picasa

When we are at the farm, and there is no hay to do, things can get a little slow for the kids. So, you make fun out of other things,,, like grandpas gravel pit. Posted by Picasa
